1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the alonodt5 website located at alonodt5.net, including all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the alonodt5 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered account created by a Player on alonodt5.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to actual PKR funds deposited by a Player into their alonodt5 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by alonodt5 subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a Player on any game or sporting event offered through alonodt5.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency of the alo nodt5 Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by alonodt5 in compliance with its licensing obligations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on alonodt5, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all Players, regardless of the device, browser, or method used to access alonodt5. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on alonodt5, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. alonodt5 enforces a strict minimum age requirement and conducts identity verification accordingly.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on alonodt5 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have had a previous alonodt5 account suspended or closed for any breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and at all times thereafter.

alonodt5 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued CNIC, passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active alonodt5 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. alonodt5 employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts upon detection, forfeiting any bonus funds and withholding balances pending investigation.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your alonodt5 account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. Any deliberate misrepresentation constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your alonodt5 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. alonodt5 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify alonodt5 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

5. Deposits & Payments

alonodt5 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider, typically within a few seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions.
• alonodt5 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• alonodt5 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation where deposits appear unusual or inconsistent with your stated profile.
• Deposit limits may be set voluntarily by Players through the responsible gaming tools available in Account Settings.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance subject to the following conditions:

• Your alonodt5 account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, where technically feasible.
• alonodt5 targets processing of withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times.
• alonodt5 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any active investigation into potential fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violations.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published on the Platform.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

alonodt5 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have reached the minimum age of 21 years and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus funds convert to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements typically range between 20x and 40x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the expiry period stated in the promotion. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus funds are forfeited at expiry.
• alonodt5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided such change does not prejudice a Player who has already commenced wagering against an active bonus.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other Players — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and account closure.
• Where a Player has an active bonus, Real Money Balance is typically wagered first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on alonodt5 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport or game type, as published on the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. alonodt5 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in a clearly incorrect price or outcome being offered, alonodt5 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the stake.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international T20s, ODIs, and Test matches — are subject to the cricket-specific rules published on the cricket section of the Platform.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network connectivity. alonodt5 does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets and accepts no liability for bets not confirmed due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per event and per market, as displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on alonodt5 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or using the Platform to launder money.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or engaging in match-fixing or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after placing bets with the deposited funds.
• Abusing customer support staff in any manner, including through threatening or offensive communication.

alonodt5 employs fraud detection and risk management systems. Accounts found to be involved in prohibited conduct will be suspended, relevant balances frozen, and the matter reported to payment providers and licensing authorities as appropriate.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the alonodt5 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and compiled data — is the intellectual property of alonodt5 or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any alonodt5 content without express prior written consent. Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of data from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy & Data

alonodt5 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key privacy commitments include: your data is not sold to third parties; your data is used only for account operation, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform; you may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Responsible Gaming

alonodt5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide a suite of tools to help Players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through Account Settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts at customisable intervals to remind you of the time spent on the Platform during a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, alonodt5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account content.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Actions taken by alonodt5 in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension pending investigation.

alonodt5's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of the Player's Real Money Balance at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits alonodt5's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

14. Amendments to These Terms

alonodt5 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide reasonable notice to active Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which alonodt5 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, as determined by alonodt5's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent imminent or ongoing harm.
